Depression symptoms in adults


  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “depression symptoms in adults”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are not willing to accept reality, besides that, they consider life doesn't support what they want, if we use different perception about it, "reality can’t be changed because it represents our resources, e.g. habit, belief, attitude, mindset, skill and behavior", basically reality is the consequence from what you attempt, if you try to change reality by forcing your plan to be applied into it, you will get the pain of disappointment because you oppose the law of nature, I don’t recommend you to seek change reality, instead I recommend you to observe about three questions before you want to change reality; 1. What kind of virtue you have applied into your habit? 2. What kind of deep belief you serve to the future? 3. Who is your authorized figure that affects your action?, if you feel can't answer 3 questions above, it indicates that you are directing your life into the wrong direction, in order to get you out from the wrong track of life journey, all you need to do is “put yourself into new challenge where you will never know how to get out from it and don't prioritize what doesn't prioritize you”, remember this; don't look for happiness, but look what's possible you can do for others, if you feel happy after you do something for others, it indicates that you have done the right thing and severe depression will leave you automatically.

          

 Severe depression symptoms usually comes we try to prioritize other people's business and we expect other people will do the same for us, starting from now, don't put your life into other people's circumstance because you have limited time and limited resource, whatever you can do for others, you always have limited time and limited resource, please prioritize your goal rather than prioritize what doesn't prioritize you, this is law you need to apply into your habit if you want to avoid severe depression symptoms, here is the first sign that you suffer a severe depression symptoms; you don't know how to make an exit strategy when what you attempt can't give you power, here is my recommendation; don't ever try to change what you can't, if what you attempt can't give you power, please leave it soon, all you need to do is you prioritize what gives you peace and you do what makes you grateful once you finish ithere is the second sign that you suffer a severe depression symptoms; you believe too much about what other people say about you and you don't believe about what you say about yourself, this is very common mistake, if you get this situation such thing, all you need to do is stop expecting what doesn't expect you and do what you can until you feel deserving what you don't expect, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
