  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “depression tips” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped in miserable life and some people want to escape from what makes them depressed, before I share about several tips, I want to ask you with question "what makes your life is more significant than most people around you?", if you can't describe it with several samples, it can be assured that you are living in miserable life, let me give you about the real sample from the law of cause and effect, namely "whatever you sow and you shall reap it",  if you what you reap now is not going to make you happy, it means, you have sown something unimportant to your habit, here is my suggestion to you; please don't try to test your ability with something you don't understand about the consequence, if you aren't ready to endure consequence, don't try to continue it because you will harm your peace and your health, in order to heal your mental health, you must ask yourself "what kind of consequence am I willing to accept?" , life is about choice, if we aren't ready to endure the consequence of choice, we will not have a choice to go to the place we want to go and our life will get stuck in the same place, "our life is designed by God not to fear about the consequence, rather to fear about the consequence we don't know".


 Here is the first tip how to get out of depression; write down in the journal about what makes you can't postpone when you want to postpone something and what makes you easier to postpone something, the reason why I suggest this way because to guide you how to know what's to do and what's not to do in your daily activity, if you can postpone something easier without regret, that means, there's the important task you have to do, but you choose to leave it, remember this advice; the root of problem why we feel depressed because we prioritize something unimportant to our habit, the more we leave something we are supposed to do right away, the more we will get depressed, here is the second tip how to get out of depression; let go of something you can't control and don't hope everything goes easy as your liking, the reason why you must beware about what you can't control because you don't have capacity to control everything, if you want to control something, focus on 3 things; 1. you just need to enhance your good attitude to understand life's uncertainty, 2. enhance your good habit to face any temptation in life, and 3. enhance your good mindset to detect problem and find solution, that's enough, life can't be predicted like what we assume, so we need to limit our focus and use our focus energy to something we can do if we want to make our mental is healthy, here is the third tip how to get out of depression; don't fear about what you have lost, but you should fear about your own ignorance, the main reason why we need to beware about our own ignorance because it can offer to us the pain of depression and regret, the biggest regret in life is not lacking of money, but having self-ignorance about something important, starting from now, we must redesign our life by having new more glorious mission and unlearn unproductive habit, that's only way how to get out of depression permanentlyI think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
