 Now here is the first thing you need to do if you want to avoid extreme depression; focus on what's possible you can do and don't prioritize what doesn't prioritize you, the reason why you need to stop prioritizing what doesn't prioritize you because your life doesn't need reaction from what doesn't prioritize you, if you always give your reaction to everything around you, you will never be able to see new opportunity ahead, good opportunity will come to your life when you already prepare your endurance, life will always give something you need if you focus what gives you energy and life will give you bad reaction if you focus how to control what you can't, here is the good news; you will find opportunity when you are willing to welcome new problem and you will never be able to find opportunity when you hate problem, here is the philosophy you need to ponder “problem and opportunity is like the cause and effect's law, as long as we hate problem, our habit will create ego and our habit will crush good opportunity at the same time, but if we welcome problem, we will crush ego and we will create good opportunity at the same time, now here is the second thing we need to do if we want to avoid extreme depression; stop giving your reaction to something which doesn't react to your reaction, this strategy is good for your life journey because you will find your authenticity when you don't react to something which doesn't need your reaction, if you react to something which gives you peace, your habit will not react to something which doesn't give you peace, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
