Fear leads to anger

 

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Fear leads to anger”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us can't stand with our own fearfulness, the problem why we are angry easily because we magnify our fear and we manifest it into reality, if we use different perception for this issue, "there is nothing can make us angry, unless we insist to do it, in order to remove a sense of anger; we must stop giving it energy and give forgiveness to whatever situation which is happening to us, remember this; having fear is the part of luck, if you don't have any fear at all, your life will be dangerous because you lack of paying attention about your environment, remember; fear and anger is the part of natural selection, if we don't want to get extreme hurt from our anger, we must stop focusing on anger's time length, but change our focus into what we want to accomplish, if we can change our focus, we can delay our anger's growth, if we don't change our focus, our anger will grow as fast as we think about it.

   Now my question is, why do we need to show our anger if we feel fear?, if we show anger as outlet towards our sense of fear, we will get serious emotional disorder, we don't need to express our anger if we can keep silent, here is what we can say if we want to express our anger "God knows what's best for me, I will get nothing when I release my sense of anger into something I don't understand, I would better to shut my anger rather than doing something dangerous after I release my anger", remember; the biggest criminal on earth is not harming other people's lives, but harming our mind and body with something unnatural, such as injecting the illegal drug, watching XXX film, etc. it is not big issue if we have fear, but the critical point is we use our fear to magnify our weaknesses and ignorance, I think it is not good option, the key how to crush our uncontrolled fear is collecting new information which is related to the subject you are looking for, the biggest asset to fight anger is stop expecting something which doesn't expect you to own something, it means, we just need to focus on what we can create uninterruptible from another second or third party, if we always expect other people to do something like what we do, we will build a fear, disappointment and anger once the result it isn't matched with our standard, starting from now, don't let other people know what we fear and don't let other people control our fear, the best treatment how to control our fear is create the moment where you can express your creativity without fearing about failure or mistake, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
