Feeling depressed


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “feeling depressed”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people start feeling depressed when they can’t find a meaningful life within what they do in daily basis, the root of problem why they can’t find a meaningful life because their habits can’t serve what they need to know about their near future, remember this; life will not show something different to us as long as we don’t show our extremely curious about the information we choose, feeling depression is part of mind sabotage because someone doesn’t treat his life as VIP guest, as long as person doesn’t nurture something good for his future, his life will betray him and his life will put him down in the deepest depression, starting from now, don't push your limit before you can recognize what you are targeting because your type of target will determine your habits, in my opinion; whatever you see about yourself is determined by your self-image and personality, if you want to improve your life, you must know the habit you shape every day, you need to control your habit by writing it into your daily journal, life will make you feel abundant when you focus on the positive expectation in the future and you expand your deepest feeling of gratitude, whereas, life will make you depression when you focus on your limitation and lacking.


 At this moment I would share several thing how to reduce your sense of depression, hopefully these strategies can change your life, here is the first strategy how to reduce your sense of depression; don’t demand something higher than your capacity to run the risk, it means, you must estimate what you prepare before you are demanded to do something, when you aren’t willing to run the risk, as result, you will get depressed and maybe you need longer time to escape from its attachment, in my opinion; be your own hero and be the best version of yourself because God has planned something great for you when you improve your personality and capabilities, remember this note; your fate is sealed when you decide to build something for your personality, if your personality is good, there is always a way for you to go on your fate although it seems there is no way, if your personality is not good, you will be guided to taste desperation by the life you have created, now here is the second strategy how to reduce your sense of depression; be curious about what you can, it means, you must increase your productivity through your curiosity, if you can maximize your productivity, as result, your awareness is improved, finally you will be forgotten with your sadness or depression, here is the third strategy how to reduce your sense of depression; show your gratitude to what God gives you, the reason why you must do that because there is nothing can make you better every day than showing your gratitude to God, your life will get better when you make the happiness path and you can show your happiness path to person who feel depressedI think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
