Feeling sad and lonely


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Feeling sad and lonely”, the main reason why I choose that topic because some people don’t realize their unsupported environment can induce feeling sad and lonely to what they have done, if we observe deeply about sadness and lonely, this kind of feeling is caused by someone’s mental can't adapt with the shocking event such as rejection or failure, in my opinion; don't just focus on what makes you sad, but focus on what you can do when you no longer need something which had left you, sad person usually just spends his major time to think about what he can't do and he uses his weakness to do something unimportant, for example; someone plans to be singer in the next 5 years and he is not willing to do some rehearsals, this kind of attitude will make someone gets feeling sad and lonely because he breaks his own commitment, in order to remove feeling sad and lonely; he needs to find a good role model which can guide him to increase his productivity and widen his mindset, here is the important note; don't break your commitment after you intend to pursue your goal because act of breaking commitment can evoke a bad mood to what you have done, don't stop until you get the feedback from the future.


  Remember this note; lack of productivity can cause someone to feel sad and lonely, you can’t get a good feeling by doing something which can’t increase your confidence, please don't fight what intuition tells you, if you feel good at what you do, that's means, the universe sends you a good purpose to your career, if you just surround yourself with unsupported environment and uninspiring activity, you can’t focus on what you can do now, instead you will destroy the moment of your happiness, I don’t recommend you to do something which can decrease your esteem, you must avoid the activity which offers instant gratification to you because instant gratification can bring sadness when it is leaving you, at this moment, I would like to share what you need to do if you want to avoid sadness and lonely, here is the first thing you need to do if you want to get a carefree life; take a journal to monitor your activity and write down what you need to think or plan only, the reason why you need to do it because this strategy can help you to reform your thinking way, if you think what you aren’t entitled to think about your future, outer circumstance will always distract your focus and destroy your inner peace, here is the second thing you need to do if you want to get a carefree life; you must have strong reason before you will execute what you do, the reason why you need to have strong reason before you will execute what you do because a strong reason will help you to adapt with the consequence, here is good  news; if you can accept a consequence, there is nothing can make you worry or sad, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
