How to let go of sadness


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “How to let go of sadness”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not everyone can calm when they feel sad, the root of problem why not everyone can calm their sadness because they think they can change their past and some of them try to improve something permanent, if people behave such thing, they can't let go of their sadness because they try to push themselves to stay in the past moment, if we review a bit about the sadness, it represents human's regret because they think they were too late to do something they should have done earlier, after I researched long time ago about sadness, there are two things which causes people get sad easily, the first cause why people get sad is being selfishness, the second cause is being indifferent about something important, the reason why some people are being selfish because they think they are having authority to control other people's feeling, I don't recommend you to become selfish because your life will be fueled by the pain of disappointment if you keep relieving that conviction,  remember this; we are living in the same planet earth, if we behave selfish, there is no worth place can accommodate our existence.




  Here is my suggestion; please don’t let your circumstance manipulates your mind and don't try to push what you can't by doing something you don’t deserve to do it, you will be happy if you continue what your curiosity wants to learn, the main reason why sad people can't solve problem because their rational mind has been fueled with desperate reaction and they too focus about their bad feeling, remember this; there is nothing can make us sad until we insist to show up our natural reaction into it, life will not change by following what human feel, life will change by following what human contribute to other people's need, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said in 1400 years ago; "people who contribute something meaningful to relieve other people's pain, God will perish one of problem from other people who are being contributor", that's strategy how to let go of sadness, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
