    Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to maintain focus”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not all people can maintain their focus, the root of problem why many people can't detect their clear focus because they have put wrong priority in their daily plan, if you ask me why people put wrong priority in their daily activity because what they do has no the urgency value at all, remember this rule; if people can’t manage what they focus, as result, people will lose their enthusiasm and energy to look at opportunity, in order to maintain a long term focus, people need to compare between activity which has the urgency and activity which can be postponed, that's requirement how to maintain a long term focus, if your activity can prolong your survival, that activity must be prioritized as number one and if your activity doesn't harm your life if you don't do it now, it means your activity is less important, here is the first thing we need to do how to maintain our long term focus; we must set long term goal, it means, we must take risk during undergoing long term goal, people who have set long term goal, they usually have a yearly calendar in order to monitor their progressive action.

   Here is the second thing we need to do how to maintain our long term focus; we must set the price of our goal, it means, we must know about the high value of goal when we pursue it, the main reason why most people can't achieve their goal because their goal has no high price, goal which has no price usually can't give a good impact to people's kindness, this is most difficult challenge because we will sacrifice everything, such as leaving our comfort zone, leaving unproductive habit and leaving social circle, here is the third thing we need to do how to maintain our long term focus; we must set reward and punishment for every goal we have made, it means, we have to ensure our goal can give us pain or suffering, goal which hasn't given the pain usually has low standard, the reason why we must take the pain as the first attempt because it is part of stepping stone, people who usually get success earlier, they usually stop growing their potential, I think this strategy is very powerful, but unfortunately most people avoid the pain because they consider every pain is wasting time and embarrassing, in fact, there is no meaningful reward if there is no pain, pain is just stepping stone how to accelerate our potential, now my question to you; do you know what will happen after you take the pain? you become a strong man every day, here is additional note; your power lies in your long term focus, if you don't have long term focus, your dream will perish, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
