I feel so sad


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “I feel so sad” the main reason why I choose that topic because many adult people don’t feel like a person who has been granted with happy life, most people consider satisfaction and happiness are not real because they have the same purpose and the same meaning, if we use different perspective idea, satisfaction is kind of feeling which can bury our potential for small purpose and it is full of fleeting comfort, whereas, happiness is kind of good feeling which can lead our potential to the right destination because there is something big awaits our contributionthe more we use a sense of happiness for the right thing, the more we create the abundance of living and there is so much thing happen awaits us than we know, remember this advice; life is not just offering pain, and anger, there is good too in the other side of life, as long as we can’t use pain and anger for the right purpose, we will always create disaster all the time, only self ignorance can direct our mind to focus about our weaknesses and sometimes our sadness are often led by pain and anger to create destruction, finally our fear grows up every day since we are unable to use the good feeling for the right purpose, remember; our fear is not lies in what people fear, but we let our fear grows into our lives day by day, we don’t need the reason to show our sadness to others people, sadness can’t solve problem even though we want to solve it, instead our sadness can divide between our potential and our hope.

   There is nothing can make us sad as long as we don't put our lives in other people's expectation, If we use our time to create sadness within 90 second, we have lost 90 second to get opportunity for solving problem, we don’t need sympathy to change what we have lost because it can’t return what we have left, if we just pretend to be something we are not meant to do, we will become the next person who can’t define where we belong, at this moment I would like to share several thing which can make us sad for longer periods of time, here is the first cause of what makes us sad for longer periods of time; false expectation which lies in false belief, it means, someone creates false belief to deny the truth, this is part of common mistake, the reason why I say such thing because false expectation is mostly determined by our limited belief and it tries to influence us to discover what we can't change, starting from now, we must not believe about everything we think because sometimes our limited thinking can lead us to discover meaningless purpose and not knowing about the consequence, we must verify our expectation first before we believe it, if our expectation can't make us to feel grateful, we can leave itif we want to change false expectation, we must find something else where it can lead us the way to get peace, not fleeting satisfaction, here is the second cause of what makes us sad for longer periods of time; we define ourselves by waiting other people’s agreement, this is not good idea because we depend too much on other people’s perception, only our behavior and self awareness can determine whether we can get happy or sad, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
