   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Lifelong depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people are trapped in depression even though within short period of time, the root of problem why people are trapped in depression because they are too afraid of making new mistake, if we use different perception; every single person is unable to avoid mistake because every mistake is the only one reason why we are human being, if there is no mistake, there is no learning, if there is no learning section, there is no growth mindset, in my opinion; it won’t be necessary for us to fear about mistake because mistake is part of growing self, if we reject to accept mistake, we will create lifelong depression, the best way to determine our good feeling is stop regret and start to appreciate whatever we receive from life, it is very important, remember; only our decision will determine whether we will live in lifelong happiness or lifelong depression, if we choose how to live in lifelong happiness, we must stop giving our attention to the past mistakes and start to do something for fulfilling our life mission to serve other people's need, if we want to examine something about the past, at least we have to ensure the past moment can give us the worth lesson, if the past moment doesn’t offer us about peace, kindness or love, we don't offer the past moment with our attention, energy and time.

  Remember; we only have 24 hours, if we just spend our major time to focus about the past, we indirectly create a lifelong depression because our power of focus can't be put into something lies ahead, at this moment, let me share about several tips how to stop lifelong depression, hopefully it will give you an enlightenment, here is the first tip how to stop lifelong depression; don’t let your past can define your biggest anxiety or mistake, it is very important, if you feel bad about your past, you can express a good statement to yourself “Thank you God, I have made a terrific activity today, there is nothing to worry because wherever I go, God is always staying with me”, remember; we must let the past stays in the past and focus on something we want to do today, every mistake doesn’t represent our weakness, but it represents our courage to admit our learning process, don't worry when you create mistake because it represents you want to grow, there is nobody in the world can avoid from mistake, you should be fear when you don't create mistake, if you don't create new mistake in order to learn something new today, your life will be cheated by your ignorance, starting from now, we must train our mind to create new achievement, after that, we reward ourselves with small contribution, e.g. knowledge, new hobby/ interest, good stuff, our high esteem is determined by small contribution we have made, here is the second tip how to stop lifelong depression; don’t spend your major time to do minor purpose, it means, you must know what you plan at least 1 year later, this strategy will let your focus is growing well, here is the last advice; don’t invest something where it doesn’t give you a high esteem or peace, life is easy, if it doesn't offer you a peace, let it go forever, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
