Living with depression


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Living with depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people keep sticking their temporary want into their head until they don't know how to stop their habit, most people consider pursuing a temporary want can lead them to go in long term happiness, it is not true, do you know why i say such thing? Because every temporary want can't survive more than 24 hours, you must beware when a temporary want comes into your mind because it will create a sense of anger or disappointment to your feeling when a temporary want is gone, here is the note; a long term happiness only happens when you prepare your skill, enthusiasm, focus for achieving something big in the future, if you concern about your temporary want, you should get rid of it soon because prioritizing a temporary want doesn't bring a long term benefit for your long term career, here is the bad news if you always prioritize your temporary want; you will get trapped in the same reality over and over again, eventually you just get something uninspiring and boring result, if your life keeps you to stay in the backtrack journey, you will be living with depression because you don't prepare a long term goal for 5 years later, here is my recommendation; please add something new to reality and don't just take a reality as your excuse for not doing more kindness. 

  If you always execute your temporary want in every situation, you will stay in the backtrack journey and you will not enlightenment from what you are doing because there is nothing more interesting than your temporary want, in order to create a new journey in your life, you have to know how to fail your temporary want and start doing your long term goal by doing something progressively in every day, remember; a temporary want is usually motivated by fixed mindset, whereas, long term goal is usually motivated by growth mindset and a tough experience in the past, here is my opinion; you will never know how you are capable of something until you will taste a failure, you have to taste more failure if you want to know more about your future, the reason why I say such thing because every success you get just offers you a comfort zone, here is special note; if you are not having a little bit of fearful in your career, you are not figuring out about who you are and what you are capable of, every failure will become your wonderful teacher if you are willing to learn about consequence and depression life is caused by self-ignorance towards the truth, remember; person who never fails at something he does, he actually does something uninspiring because he rejects any possibility which can bring him more prospering, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
