Lonely and depressed

 

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Lonely and depressed”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people feel lonely and depressed every time they pursue something they desire so much, if they don't get what they desire in reality, they usually put their attention to something doesn't work, not the possibility of success, the reason why people feel such thing because they are obsessed with intolerant desire, remember; we are living in the ocean of probability and there is nothing fixed in the world unless the truth, if we desire so much about something to be possessed, we must be brave enough to let go of something what we can't possess as the consequence, the loneliness doesn’t come from lack of capacity or knowledge, it comes from people’s inability to manage focus, if we want to survive in this world, don’t hate the passion of learning because we are surrounded with uncertainty and ignorance about the truth, that is the basic of lesson how to survive on earth, if we work without having the passion of learning, we will create inefficient and ineffective to our work ethic because inner circumstance can’t support us how to build strong mentality, depressed and lonely people always get motivated by fixed mindset and unsteady emotion, starting from now, we must challenge ourselves to do something new where it can attract great enthusiasm, scary thing, difficult thing, and almost impossible to be done within short period of time, if we succeed to do that, life will free us from the paralysis of the fixed mindset.

  Starting from now, don’t hate about something you can't do right now, if you find difficult thing to adapt, there are two options; you must be willing to adapt with the new environment or you can create the new condition which can demand yourself to do something you really want to avoid, if you don’t encircle yourself with the passion of learning, you will reanimate a sense of negativity such as depression state and pessimistic, remember this; don’t let your life will enter into the comfort zone more than 1 year because it offers the regret zone, in addition, the comfort zone doesn’t teach you how to survive and being happy, the more you stay longer in the comfort zone, the more you forfeit your potential, if you think lonely and depressed is not good for you, you must change the way you feel, such as maximize your gratitude feeling, and maximize your blessing by contributing your blessing to others, such as sharing your knowledge, give the food to the orphan, remember; don't be afraid to contribute because contributing is like promoting your inner self to receive bigger capacity, there is nothing can make us happy without contributing our blessing to others, the more you contribute your blessing, the more you feel abundance of wealth, health and happiness, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
