Long term depression

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “long term depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people aren't aware about the belief system they shaped long time ago until it can create long term depression, the root of problem why people feel long term depression because they repeat the belief system which causes wrong habit and they don't appreciate their own limitation, if people push their limited capacity to finish they can’t, it will create long term depression, the only way how to finish something they can't is increase self-assurance until the capacity will resolve people's self-doubt and fear about the current circumstance, here is what I believe; the more you learn something specific, the more you realize there is a lot of important thing to learn, having unprepared and untrained mentality creates long term depression, I suggest you stop trying so hard to be something you are not, what you should do is how to set your goal rationally and every goal must be measured by your own capacity, remember; in order to maximize human capacity, they need to raise the basic of human's qualification standard, such as confidence, behavior, mindset, ideology, besides that, we need to know our social circle impact, sometimes not all social circles are giving good influence, most people can’t salvage their dignity in the future because they choose to stick together with the unknown social circle which doesn’t offer good reputation, here is what you need to do if you want to reduce long term depression; "do what you can, stop complaining about what you can’t change, accept what you can’t avoid and maximize what you got in your resource", such as inspiration, idea, knowledge, limitation, talent and dream.

 Remember; long term depression is not happening coincidentally, but it is caused by long term commitment with misleading direction and bad influence, there is nothing bad thing happens in sudden without we give our big attention and intention to start, human’s action is the trigger will turn from possibility to probability, if we focus on the causes of what we depressed about, we will work on our weaknesses point and we will lose our vision to see the biggest potential within ourselves, as impact, we build the long term depression, but if we focus on what makes us feel the abundance of life, such as healthy, wealth and happiness, our action will lead our habit to create the possibility of abundance in what we desire, if we feel something unsatisfied with what we do because we often spend our major time to do the minor purpose or unnecessary purpose, at this moment let me share two strategies how to stop creating long term depression, here is the first strategy how to create the abundance of life over depression; prepare yourself as the life ‘s biggest contribution, it means, you need to sharpen your skill, mental, habit and philosophy in order to serve something bigger than your vision, use what you got in life for improving a new story of other people's lives, the reason why you must do that because there is nobody will do the best thing as you wish, here is the second strategy how to create abundance of life over depression; whatever you do in your life, don’t regret it, accept it as the stepping stone to raise your awareness, you can't feed your past and your destiny at the same time, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
