   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “low mood”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many people lose their stability of good mood when they face unpleasant experience, some people consider having unpleasant experience can make people's mood vibration is low, in fact, mood vibration is caused by lack of determination and lousy focus towards clear goalif people want to change their low mood vibration to high mood vibration, they must not fear with their own failure and they must renew enthusiasm by contributing what other people can't serve the right thing in return, the root of problem why people get low mood because they reject their own reality where it has been shaped by his own habit, in order to stabilize person's good mood, he must not try so hard to enjoy other people's game and he neglects his own game, it means, people aren't allowed to follow other people's game without knowing the consequence first, the most important you can do if other people put you in low mood is focus on your priority list and prove that other people feel inadequate to judge about you, remember this; low mood determines your comfort zone, there is no way what other people can do for you if you stay longer in your comfort zone because you already live at the lowest point of your life, here is the special note for you; if you stay longer in low mood without making different attempt for it, you will be offered by the comfort zone to taste the regret zone.


  At this moment, let me share something to you about 3 ways to recover low mood, hopefully it can give you inspiration and you will no longer having low mood, here is the first strategy how to recover a low mood; don’t believe with easier way, but believe with better way, the reason why you must not believe with easier way because it doesn’t teach you how to become valuable person in the future, besides that, easier way can’t give you something worthy from what you are doing, easier way just gives you comfortable feeling which may lead you to the regret zone, whereas, better way can give you a new possibility how to improve what you believe and how to manage your enthusiasm, here is the second strategy how to recover a low mood; don’t believe in luck, but believe with progress, the reason why you are not allowed to believe in luck because it doesn’t offer you what you need most, luck just represents narrow-minded people where they consider luck can control whatever people do, remember; luck doesn’t take responsibility for what you choose, if you deify a luck as your trump card, you will get low mood because you rely on something unstable, if you believe with progress, you will learn something you never imagine and your knowledge will give you high mood and wisdom, here is the third strategy how to recover a low mood; stop trying so hard to be something you aren’t, it means, you must be curious of what you become in the near future, if what you do now can offer you with emotional healing, you must keep continuing your journey even though it seems there is no way of success, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
