   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Mood swings symptoms”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people realize what they have done can bring something dangerous to their feeling, if people feel mood swings symptoms because what they have done can't fulfill what their potential needs, some people consider their mood swings symptoms of anxiety is caused by overwork, I disagree with that, mood swings symptoms of anxiety has occurred because someone looks for instant pleasure and avoid the pain of discipline, as we know that the instant pleasure is the biggest enemy for human's emotional, if someone is not willing to increase his capacity to learn more, as impact, he is unable to see something powerful in his life and he will taste mood swings symptoms of anxiety, the side effect of lacking brain's capacity to learn is making someone to disrespect about his own life, if it becomes habit, someone has no enthusiasm to build a better life journey, as impact, he will fill up his life journey with pleasure, disappointment, resentful and ungratefulness, remember; lack of faith can become the biggest factor which causes someone to get mood swings symptoms of anxiety, if he can’t see his life journey with the power of faith, he tends to blame everything outside except himself, please beware of using your habit, if you use your habit to manifest your dream into reality, it is okay with that, but if you use your habit to do something for pleasure, your habit will crush your potential which causes mood swings symptoms of anxiety, at this moment let me give you some several factors which can make your good mood swings, here is the first factor which can make your good mood swings; you focus on expectation more than you focus on your goal achievement. 

  Remember; your capacity will determine what you will receive, your imagination will not work well if there is no power of faith, so basically faith has major role to boost the power of imagination, the end result of good imagination is idea, happiness, enlightenment and calm, whereas, the end result of poor imagination is a sense of guilt, disrespectful, pessimistic, fear and anxiety, remember this; before you use the power of imagination, you must do something which can increase your faith, e.g. you seek the evidence of things you have learned from your religion and you apply it to your personal life in order to find your gift and get enlightenment, if there is no concrete evidence from what you believe, your faith will not grow, if your faith doesn’t grow well, your mind will be manipulated by your lust, unrelenting desire and pleasure, that's dangerous, when your mind just wants to find pleasure, at that time your faith will decrease by itself, finally your imagination will not work to open for your future’s blessing, the late Albert Einstein said: imagination is everythingthat means, your product of imagination will determine what you receive from life, including perception and reality, so beware of using your imagination because it will determine type of habit where it will affect to your personality as well as your future, here is the second factor which can make your good mood swings: you reject something you hate and you embrace everything you love, so please don't get shocked when you hear about it, "sometimes not all you love is good for you, sometimes not all you hate is bad for you", whether you like it or not; your social circle, the ritual, the resource can affect to your mood condition, if you feel peace, that means you are surrounded by good people, good resource and good ritual, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
