My anger is out of control

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “My anger is out of control”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people accept reality, besides that, people think sense of anger can’t be avoid easily, if we use different perception; there is no anger will grow by itself without someone is giving it energy such as his attention, so attention is part of energy, our duty is not making our attention goes into any random place, if we just let our attention comes into random place, as impact, we will never get peace, attention is part of the ultimate resource which is very powerful because it can create concentration energy, remember; anger is designed by God not to make people waste their energy for doing any destruction or self-harm, but anger is designed to give people a punishment to themselves when they already get out from peace’s path or they break the law of universe, if you ask me “what can I do when my anger is out of control?”, My answer; you should distract your focus to do some activities which they can pull your logical thinking, e.g. you can read some books, you play a puzzle, you do physical exercise, you listen motivational audio / cassette, remember; your anger is showing that your fearing level is bigger than your peaceful heart, in order to stop your fear’s growth, you need to develop self-worth by inputting some valuable information into your brain memory and you must have insatiable curious to find the root of problem what makes you fearful, remember; your anger will lose its power automatically if you start doing what makes you thinking hard.

  Remember; the more you increase self-worth, the more you increase self-awareness, the more you increase self-awareness, the problem will approach you and you will become problem solving maker, all greatness comes from your personality, so your personality is the basic requirement to activate greatness within you, there is nothing greatness comes outside of you, if you ask me how to control your anger, you must increase self-worth, if you don't want your life is ending up like most people, you have to ensure self-satisfaction is smaller than self-esteem, the more you increase self-satisfaction, the more you increase your fearfulness, if you want to break that the chain of fear, you must find the opposite way, such as “you surround your lifestyle with less pleasure” it means, you don’t behave like ambitious person who is always pursuing a temporary comfort and instant result, the reason why you must stay away from temporary comfort and instant result because it will magnify your anger's size, maybe you often hear "easy comes, easy goes", it means; if you find something easy to get, it is easy for you to lose it, if you dedicate to work which it seems difficult, it is good for you because the difficult thing will help you to remove frustration as well as it can increase your mental intelligence, once your mental intelligence is increasing, you will be able to control your anger easily, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
