Natural treatment for depression


 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Natural treatment for depression” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people consider depression can’t be cured by natural treatment such vacation, prayer or meditation, they think the best medicine to cure depression is consuming antidepressant, it is totally wrong, the main reason why I say consuming antidepressant is not good for long term usage because it will immobilize the normally function of brain sensor nerves and antidepressant can evoke a sense of addiction, I completely disagree if antidepressant is considered as the best medicine to help people from getting a mental illness, remember this philosophy; “if there is something being made naturally, it must be recovered naturally”, it means, antidepressant is made from unnatural process and human's mental illness is made from unproductive habit, it is part of the dark side of nature, so we can conclude that unproductive habit can't be cured by consuming antidepressant, and unproductive habit can be cured by making new habit which can attract the positive vibes, remember this advice; mental illness only can be cured if someone changes his wrong belief with new one, when a new belief is born, someone can create new habit, that’s natural treatment for recurring depressed person.

          

  If what you do now and what you believe can offer you a peace, you must continue it because it will level up your mindset and personality, that’s formula how to grow your new mindset, remember; create new mindset can’t be achieved within 1 or 2 days, it will take several years to create the new process, human’s brain is like a plasticity, it can be improved, refined or upgraded as we wish, if our mindset has leveled up, we will not get a sense of depression because our capacity is wider than the size of depression, at this moment let me give you two strategies how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression, here is the first strategy how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression; you must do something which can increase your enthusiasm, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because this is part of natural treatment how to expand your capacity, the growth process may takes several months, but it really works, if you feel depressed often because what you do recently can’t increase your enthusiasm and it opposes your biggest interest, here is the second strategy how to develop mindset in order to avoid depression; don’t trust your all memories and do something excited even though you hate with the process, the reason why you need to apply this strategy because some bad memories can create a new trap to someone’s belief and some useless memories can create a traumatic experience if someone just follows his memories, if someone starts doing something excited even though he hates the process, one day what in his burden will be his salvation in his future life, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
