Panic attack

 


  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Panic attack”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people are ready to see the shocking event, some of them train their habit to avoid panic attack by doing something easier, certainty, lack of risk and complacent, I just want to remind you doing something risky doesn't mean someone must do something until they get burnout, the root of problem why people get panic attack because their capacity isn't ready to welcome bigger risk where they haven't tasted yet, here is my recommendation to you; don't live on earth as if your actions were guaranteed by other people, you must do what you are interested with and you challenge yourself to take new responsibility by doing what most people don't want to do or you can care  by providing what powerless people need, the biggest risk in life is not picking the risk itself and try escaping from the risk, if there are people behave such thing, they will get panic attack every time they want to upgrade their career, you will get the same level of problem again and again if you don't learn from risk, life doesn’t teach human how to live easier, but life teaches human how to live harmony with the law of universe, don't break the law of universe if we don't want to get a panic attack.

          

 Remember this; every momentum in life has a reason and we get problem because God has valued highly about our capacity and He want to borrow our capacity to serve what other people need, the old saying "we can't escape from our fate", it means, we must be brave enough to adapt with new condition even though we don't need itif we know life is full of uncertainty, we shouldn't feel an ease by wasting time for anything worthless, we must do something as if our lives is at risk, so we must prepare our provision as much as we can before crisis time comes, remember; don't wait for other people's help if you can't help yourself to do something important for survival purpose, you will get panic attack if you don't train your mental muscle to endure pain for long period of time, life is not made to underestimate of what we are unable to do, life is made to test our endurance level, if our endurance is stronger enough to endure pain of adversity, we will not get panic attack anymore because our endurance and spiritual experience increases from time by time, the wonderful teacher in life is our own failure record where we made it in the past, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
