   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Reason for depression and anxiety”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people realize why the depression state of mind keeps coming to their lives, most people think depression and anxiety comes automatically when they lose job, it is not correct, depression state of mind has been attracted by lack of discipline and lack of potential usage, if we use different perception about this case; depression doesn't come by itself, it is produced by ungrateful feeling to what they receive, if we miss one day without showing our deepest sense of gratitude to God about what we receive, as impact, the depression state of mind will become the human's potential killer, if you ask me how to reduce depression for short term period, you must have the strongest reason to being happy person, that's it, remember; whatever we think of something, it will determine what we feel, if we feel depressed now because we force our limitation to pursue something we can't control, but if we feel abundant, relax, calm and blessed, that means, we fuel our mindset with unrelenting drive to study and focus on what we can control to our main purpose in life.  

  At this moment I would like to share how to reduce depression, hopefully these strategies will help you how to build a good life, here is the first strategy how to reduce depression; you must set a daily clearest goal, the reason why you must have the clearest goal because it will help you to maintain your power of focus to fulfill a daily clearest goal, besides that, you have to ensure your daily clearest goal will not be controlled by other people’s reasoning, remember; the clarity of having goal will create the infinite power within your focus, once you lose your clearest goal, your conscious mind will find undefined purpose, e.g. watching TV in many hours, idle away in the mall without having specific destination, playing social media to expose your existence, here is the second strategy how to reduce depression; just do what you can and don't do something out of your scope, the reason why you must apply it in your daily basis because your focus is very limited, if you do something out of your scope, you will lack your greatest focus and your greatest potential, once you lack of focus, your potential will leave you and your chaotic mind will attract a sense of depression, if you think your life is valuable, you shouldn’t miss one day by doing something attractive, if you commit to accomplish what you desire only, it will determine your high esteem and self-worth, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
