Releasing anger and resentment

  

   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Releasing anger and resentment”,  the main reason why I choose that topic because many people release their anger and resentment for achieving greater self-satisfaction, it is not good habit, we must beware during releasing anger and resentment because it can't be used to pain relief, instead, anger and resentment can magnify our fearfulness, some people consider releasing anger and resentment is good idea for improving mental health, but it is not true because it will give bad influence to other people around us, if we can take a deep attention about anger and resentment, we can turn it into the power of self-discipline, here is the note; not all bad things we face will remain bad forever, anger and resentment consist of 75% ego, 25% disappointment, if we don’t know how to change anger and resentment, at least we don't use it to destroy our inner peace, remember; the major problem why we get angry and resentment because we don't upgrade our mindset to see something beautiful we haven't seen it yet, besides that, the problem may come from lack of resourcefulness, lack of potential usage and self-ignorance, if we can overcome 3 major causes of the problem above mentioned, we will get the power of creativity and we can handle the problem we are interested with it, starting from now, don’t sell your opportunity by doing something where it doesn’t offer you about peace, purpose or esteem, anger and resentment can be turned into self-discipline if we can have glorious purpose in the future. 

  Remember; if there is no good aim and there is no clear picture in our imagination, as impact, there is no clarity of doing what we intend, so the clarity is one of greatest source how to implement what we imagine into reality, releasing anger and resentment can bring new pain if we don't promise to create a new habit or new ritual, if we see around people who use their time for gaining pleasure only, one day they will become a victim from their power of anger because they don't optimize their potential to control their power of anger, here is the bad news; lacking of self-potential will bring other resources we have to become impotent power, (lack of discipline brings chaos, lack of faith brings doubt, lack of optimistic brings pessimistic), so what we do every day will bring the progress we will receive in the future, what we get comes from what we work for it, if we lack of doing inspiring activity, as impact, we always get unpleasant feeling and pessimistic, if we want to get something rationally from this life, we must apply self-discipline in order to get God's grace, there is nothing can empower human’s resource unless we apply self-discipline for any endeavor, starting from now, don’t release anger and resentment for showing that your position is bigger than other people’s authority, but you can use anger and resentment to discipline yourself and protecting yourself from any kind of bad influence, either social media or small minded people, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
