Sad and depressed


   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Sad and depressed” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people push their limit by changing what they can’t, some of them share their suffering story every time what they expect will never happen into reality, this case is always becoming the topic trending, especially when people live in pandemic COVID-19, if we look at people’s habit, they only focus on the limitation they see outside, not to focus what they prepare for future provision, the problem why they can’t focus about what they change because their size of fearing about change is bigger than what they visualize, some people lose their confidence because they believe their confidence level lies in what they accomplish in the future, if they have mindset such thing, they will create the feeling of sad and depressed because they overlook what they already have in the present time, here is my recommendation; don’t overlook reality even though you don’t enjoy the process because you can’t get what you desire in the future without passing through the process, if you feel down about it, give your mind with the different question, e.g. “what should I change if I don’t enjoy with the process?” or what kind of simple step that my mind can accept until I can do something?”.

  Remember; there is nothing marvelous happens in reality without we are making simple step that it is repeated more than one process, at this moment let me share how to stop being sad and depressed person, here is the first step you must do if you don’t want to be sad and depressed; focus on what you can control, it means, you need to focus what you are mastering in your craft, don’t try to focus on what makes you worry or fear, the more you focus on what you can control, the more you gain improved productivity, the less you focus on what you can control, the more you attract something that can make you sad or depressed, that’s simple thing you can do, but unfortunately not many people are willing to apply that simple method, here is the second step you must do if you don’t want to be sad and depressed; you must do something you never did where it can motivate you, it means, you keep innovating your craft until you consider it as your lifetime job, it is not easy to do because you will face your doubt and your fear, but if you succeed to conquer your doubt and your fear, you will have no reason to feel sad and depressed, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
