Shopping habits


  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “shopping habits”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people know about the side effect of shopping habit, the biggest factor why most people don’t want to improve their shopping habit because they think making a new change can be bought through shopping habit, that’s common mistake where it happens to general thinking people, before I talk about shopping habit, do you know what is the effect of consuming the harmful habit? we can get angry easily, regret, complain easily, being ignorant and live in the comfort zone, so there is relationship between shopping habit and harmful habit; if someone goes shopping without having budget control, he will increase his obsession to buy something he doesn't really need for long period of time, so before we teach our children to have spending habit, we must train them to have investing habit, the main reason why we need to have investing habit because it will prepare us to welcome the economy crisis or midlife crisis in the future, creating new habit is like craving something to the stone's surface, it needs pain and suffering, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; "money is like the oxygen, you must have money's stock more than what you use to fulfill your life expense, if you lack of money, you will live like patient who gets asthma", here is the lesson we need to learn; before we increase our life style, we must build the asset where it can buy something productive, that's habit will rescue us from shopping poor habit. 

          

 If you want your life is mesmerizing you, you must know difference between what you need and what you want, that's very important because it will affect to your shopping habit, if there is something you want to buy, but it can be postponed until one month, it indicates that's not part of your daily needs, "if there is something can be postponed to shop, it indicates that it is having meaningless value for now", you must prioritize to invest something valuable into your habit, e.g. reading book, listening podcast, doing physical exercise, practicing your skill by solving people's problem, rekindling your enthusiasm, sharing your kindness / contribution etc. remember this advice; we can’t determine what’s future looks like, only our habits can determine what’s future looks like, our physical fitness isn't entitled to prophesy our future, our physical fitness only receives the result of manifestation from what we shape into our habit, time is very crucial for this section, build something in 5 days is the requirement how to create new habit, after that, our capacity will be tested whether we will use our valuable time to create momentum within 5 days or we will lose our momentum within 5 days, our job as human being is not treating habit which can mesmerize us, but how to make habit is useful to salvage us in the future, here is the truth; we don’t know how long our good habit will support us because every good habit will not last forever, if we don’t repeat it regularly, as impact, our dark of nature will create bad habit for us. Starting from now, please monitor your daily habit into your journal, if your habit can offer you with peace and enlightenment within 24 hours, it means, you have done the right thing, but if your habit offers you with a sense of worry, anxiety and unmotivated within 24 hours, it means, you need to unlearn your habit by changing your ritual and digging new belief, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
