 Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Social depression”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people want to be selective observer when they access social media or social community, most of them use social media to find a sensational news and look the topic which is empowering their instant gratification, if we use different perception about this issue, the root of problem why people get depressed in social media because they like to compare between reality, illusion and fantasy, remember this; people who are running away from reality, they consider social media will offer self-healing, it is not true, in order to find self-healing, people must find what's empowering their purpose, if we consider social media as the safest place, it means, we are hiding from reality, here is the first thing we must do if we don’t want to get depression from social media; don’t find a trending topic which has been discussed by majority of people, the reason why we must stop looking for a trending topic because it doesn’t offer inspiration, instead a trending topic just offers sensation overnight, whether you like it or not, the more you consume the sensational news, the more you get paralysis from it, you will get self-healing if you find someone who accomplishes what you intend.

          

 Here is the second thing we must do if we don’t want to get depression from social media; don’t chase people who are not interested with you, the reason why I don’t recommend people to chase people in social media because your emotional need will be controlled by other people's plan and you will not possess any chance to set your own future, here is my recommendation; be hard working person to your mission and let the right people come to you, if you spend your major time to pursue people in social media, you will get depression every time your attention has been distracted from different people, here is the third thing we must do if we don’t want to get depression from social media; share your idea and post it in social media without having any intention to get a new compliment from other people, the reason why you need to share your idea because it is the beginning point how to create a enlightenment path for measuring your strength of character, here is the philosophy you need to ponder; the more you share your idea into social media, the more you create a bigger capacity to receive new idea from the unexpected thing, "sharing good knowledge is part of self-promotion and sharing poor information is part of self-delusion", please use social media to promote your personality, not your product, if you let other people know more about your personal strength, other people will find your product even though you don't intend to sell something for them, please be selective observer when you use social media because not all people in social media can empower your worthy and not all people in social media can offer what your emotional needs, if you just focus how to fulfill what your emotional needs, your logic will lose its strength, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
