Treatment for PMS depression

 In order to release overactive imagination from women’s mind, they must write down about what’s most important thing to think and what’s unimportant thing to get rid of, sometimes what makes women depressed is they prioritize what they desire rather than prioritize what they need, as long as women can’t differentiate between what they want and what they need, a sense of depression will always stick with them, at this moment let me give you some strategies how to avoid depression during PMS, here is the first thing you must do if you want to get peace during getting PMS; write down about something you are grateful and express deeply about what you are grateful, the reason why you need to express what you are grateful because it will decrease the painful of PMS, the more you express what you are grateful, the less pain you get from what you suffer, here is the second thing you must do if you want to get peace during getting PMS; don't overload your physical fitness by doing something bigger than your limit, what I mean; if you aren’t ready to accept the consequence, don’t start what you can’t finish, if what you imagine can’t empower your ability, you must declare to yourself by saying “what I am thinking now is unimportant, don't count me in”, if you repeat a word of affirmation, you will be free from the root of information which can make you depressed, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
