   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “What are the signs of being depressed”, the main reason why I choose that topic because many of us stop believing about what we pray when the situation doesn't change as we hopesome people think the worse situation can’t be turned into what they hope because it already turns into reality, this statement is not true, the worse situation has nothing to do with what we hope, even though reality doesn’t support what we hope, it doesn’t mean everything is useless, the power of faith which lies in ourselves needs to be tested with reality first before the power of faith will manifest something greater than reality, if we consider what we attempt is still connecting with the power of peace, it indicates that our struggle lies in the right track, so we need to continue the process by doing what we can, we don't need to argue our faith even though it contradicts with reality, remember this; the game of suffering will end when we don't force our limitation to work with the uncertainty process, what matters most is we don't concern with what was and what will be, focus in the game of productivity is better than focus in the game of uncertainty, starting from now; we must focus to work on the project which can give us access to know more about our limitation, so we can serve other people with our uniqueness, the more we work on our uniqueness, the more we can dig our faith, limitation and intelligence.


 If our project we have done can’t increase a sense of gratitude, can't unlock new skill and can’t increase our awareness every day, we need to stop that activity because it has possibility to attract negativity bias, if we execute the activity which can paralyze our passion of learning, our habit will attract unrelenting temptation from the unknown circumstance, remember this; if our habit prevents our passion of learning to grow, it means, we invest something bad into our habitonly self-righteousness, self-satisfaction and self-opinionated character can grow a sense of depression, at this moment I would share about several symptoms of being depressed, here is the first symptoms of being depressed; someone reacts to something which doesn't need his reaction, e.g. rumor, history, fact, future, past, the sensational news, here is my recommendation; please give your reaction when there is something needs your reaction, e.g. you focus how to turn your dream into reality, you serve other people with your skill, remember this philosophy; “what’s destined for you is always better than what you plan”, if you can do something for yourself even though there is nobody can do for you, it means, you are in the God's plan, don't escape from what has been destined for you, if you escape from it, you will endure the pain of depression, here is the second symptoms of being depressed; someone gives up easily when what he has done can't satisfy him, it's classic problem, remember; when someone is used to behave giving up easily, his habit will not do something good for him, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
