   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Agoraphobia”, the main reason why I choose that topic because there are people who suffer agoraphobia, the meaning of agoraphobia is having extreme fear towards crowded places where they are many people around that places, if we use different perception towards this issue, this kind of fear is always being motivated by self-delusion towards the crime scene where it had happened in public places, or someone is getting bullied in the public places and other painful experience where it had happened in public places, a person who ever gets agoraphobia, he doesn't want to receive something painful in public places where it had been experienced by other people who became a victim in the past, basically agoraphobia has the same fear level with claustrophobia, but the difference is claustrophobia fears towards confined space, whereas, agoraphobia fears towards crowded people in public places, here are several signs which occurs to person who suffers agoraphobia; person tends to fear towards a big space area where there is possibility to invite many people to go there, such as mall, supermarket, bank, town center, town square, etc. Here is the second sign of agoraphobia is a person feel anxiety or nervous when he goes out of house alone, the reason is; he ever experienced to become a victim of crime when he spends time to go outside of house alone.

  Person who suffers agoraphobia, he tends to be shy, pessimistic when he meets with other people in public place, so what we can do if we have someone we loved has suffered agoraphobia, at this moment I would like to share some strategies how to heal person who suffers agoraphobia, here is the first treatment; cognitive behavioral therapy, it means, a person's mindset will be trained to change his perception to think positively in order to adapt with new environment, even though this kind of therapy takes several days to do, this strategy is very efficient rather than using antidepressant, here is the second treatment; desensitization, it means, a person's behavior will be trained to stop being sensitive when he goes out in the crowded place, maybe he will be encouraged by therapist to go out together in the crowded place by describing the positive impact during going out in the crowded people until a patient feel okay when going out of house, here is the third treatment; relaxation technique, it means, person will get a deep relaxation technique by doing meditation, here is the fourth treatment; consuming benzodiapine, this is kind of antidepressant which is used to help a person who get severe and acute fear, here is the fifth treatment; changing lifestyle, it means, a person who suffers agoraphobia will be invited to go out of house by giving a reward and punishment's training program, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
