   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “how to maintain good mental health”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people care how to build good mental health, the main cause why people aren't interested to maintain good mental health because they don't like the daily ritual which necessitates their habit to adapt with the unpleasant treatment, such as discipline, consistency, diligence, etc. Instead people are interested with activity which has no clear purpose and attracts instant pleasure, such as, watching TV too much, over-budget shopping, drinking, smoking, playing social media, those activities will never build the human’s good mental health because it is against the nature’s law, in order to maintain good mental health, we must avoid to do something which can attract a short term gratification, we must adopt the nature's law to be applied in our life mission, such as "the day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit", means, we must prepare our ability to prolong our survival skill in order to survive and stop doing something pleasant in the near future, maybe you will ask me, why do we need to apply the nature's law? Because the nature offers self-healing and it offers something we need in the futurepeople who want to maintain their good mental health will not spend their time to enjoy short term gratification, they will never get good mental health within themselves if their mental age is not ready to face the life crisis, in order to maintain good mental health, we must train our mental strength by adapting with something unpleasant for long period of time, remember this; "failure is the mother of all successes because there is a priceless lesson behind a failure and it lets us know more about our capacity", good mental health can't be obtained by enjoying what we like to do in the comfort zone, but good mental health can be obtained by doing in a long term mission, here is the note; happiness comes by having good behavior, we can't maintain good mental health by having bad behavior. 
Combine vision and mission can maintain good mental health

   Money alone can't maintain good mental health if you use it for self-indulgence, have you ever wondered why there are still many rich and famous people commit suicide even though they have a lot of money? Because they only use money to satisfy their short term gratification and they don't use money to do charity or do some kindness, remember; human's satisfaction is limitless, the more we idolize our satisfaction, the more we hurt ourselves, if you want to maintain good health for your mind and body, you have to stop doing something pleasant and you start training your habit to do something bigger than your sense of pleasure, such as you develop your potential to pursue your mission where it must be accomplished within 5 years later, during 5 years period, you will show your best performance and you will manifest your commitment into realitymaybe you will ask me “why do I need to do this strategy?" because it is requirement how to attract the abundance for your life”, as long as we follow our life mission, our habit will attract self-love, self-respect which bring a good impact for maintaining our good mental health, if we treat our lives better, other people will treat us better because we already compel our vision to dig up our potential to serve what other people need, remember; digging up your potential is like sharing what you believe to bigger purpose, people will come to you not because you are having a lot of possessions, but they come to you because they are really interested to see your potential value, here is the last note; we will never know type of value we can bring to this world until we have given something to others, if other people love about what we do, it means, we have been told by other people that we already possess good mental health, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
