   Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Layers of fear” the main reason why I choose that topic because many people fear about their own fear, if you ask me why many people fear about their own fear because they train their imagination to create mental picture about something they don't want to receive in the future, the root of problem why people fear about something they don't want to receive in the future because they had ever received a unfair mistreatment from other people in the past, so that memory will leave trail to induce the pain to people, in my opinion; we don't need to recall our past memory if we don't want to manifest it happen in the future, we just need to say to ourselves "this past memory is not useful for me, get out of my sight!", if you create a exclamation mark such thing, you indirectly let the past memory dwells in the past", I just want to remind you "not all fears are bad for you if you know where the fear is developed, the greatest fear we should fear is lacking of provision to face our time of death", at this moment I would share about several strategies how to recognize layers of fear, here is the first layer of fear you need to know; the fear of preparation, this is basic layer of fear, this symptoms often come to people who don't have enough preparation to perform, in order to decrease the fear of preparation, we just need to practice our ability to search the useful information to feed what makes we fear, for example; 2 days later you will face the mathematics test at your school, if you fear of preparation, all you need to do is study about mathematics right now before the school test is begun.

   In my opinion; don't ever underestimate about the fear of preparation because you will get anxiety or nervous if you don't welcome the fear of preparation by practicing your skill right now, the more you neglect the fear of preparation, the more you get distressed because you don't feed what you fear with your preparationhere is the second layer of fear you need to know; the fear of unpleasant experience, this kind of fear often comes to people who don't enjoy with their life story, such as, overworking at company, facing the sudden test at school, falling down from the stairs, getting the heartbreak after disassociate with lovely person, getting bankruptcy after running the business, etc, In my opinion, this kind of fear is really worth because it will gain self-awareness and we will face the truth, we don't need to run away from those unpleasant experience, what we need to do right now is we must train our mind how to create negative anticipation, this strategy is usually being adopted by successful people to achieve something important for their career,  here is the third layer of fear you need to know; the fear of positive thinking, the reason why we need to beware about positive thinking because it often influences people to behave over-optimistic and positive thinking tends to underestimate the signs of dangerous thing which may approach to us, in order to remove the fear of positive thinking, we must balance with our negative anticipation because we will never know what will happen in the future, so we need to prepare some provisions earlier in order to deal with something we don't want is happening, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
