  Hi, good readers, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic “Mental health awareness month”, the main reason why I choose that topic because not many people really care how to maintain mental health, they prefer to feel stressed during working rather than feel an ease to do something ordinary, some people choose to work more than 8 hours per day and they consider that is the part of loyalty and dedication, it is not quite true, do you know why I say such thing because the time length to work is not one way to determine the best performance in making new achievement, we only need to arrange our time priority to keep the quality standard of product until it can meet the customer satisfaction, if we just work without considering our mental health awareness, as impact, we create mental illness which may influence our habit to do something unqualified, such as drinking, gambling, watching TV too much, eating the junk food, etc. what we need to do as human is creating the mental health awareness program by keeping the balance between working time, relaxing time and family time, remember; mental health is like the physical body, the more we use it to overwork, the more we cripple our body health, before you want to read your future by working hard, you must read your capacity first by studying about your big interest and knowing your territorial before it is going to connect with the market potential, if you don't adore what you do in long term target, you will lose your potential, before you find your mission, you must know your market potential whether it can accept your mission or not, that's strategy how to maintain your mental health awareness, if you just prioritize your desire to work without planning to maintain the mental health awareness, as impact, you will get sick and you will do something unproductive because your mental is too tired.

Mental Capacity is designed for your thinking development

    Confidence comes from competence, if you want to keep your mental capacity is healthy, you must know what is your priority target by dividing it into three term; short target, medium target and long term target, it is impossible when you overwork by finishing 10 years target within 1 year's target, don't let your mental capacity lose its strength because you stretch it too hard, mental capacity can get stronger if you love to do something progressively, remember; your mental capacity needs adaptation to grow if you want it is going to serve you to do something big in long period of time, your mental capacity is like muscles, you must appreciate its growing process even though it doesn't seem impressive to look at, at this moment I would share some strategies how to keep your mental health, hopefully it can help you to avoid the mental illness in the future, here is the first strategy you must do if you want to keep your mental health; you take a note your daily routine into the journal in order to monitor what you have done, this strategy will give you relaxing mode for your mental health, if you put your agenda into your journal, you will not get distressed easily because you know your mental capacity, here is the second strategy you must do if you want to keep your mental health; don't compare what you can't do with what other people can do, this strategy will keep you focusing about your limitation, if you focus on what you can, you will not fear about the probability of failure because you have measured your mental capacity, here is the third strategy you must do if you want to keep your mental health; create the daily deadline first before you execute your goal, this strategy will make you focusing about your inner strength, if you can manage your focus, you can manage your success journey, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
