   Hi smart people, howdy? welcome back with me, Fian, hopefully you always have the abundance of happiness, health and prosperity, today I would like to share about the topic "Obsessive compulsive disorder", the main reason why I choose that topic because this kind of mental illness often influences person's mindset to do something repeatedly in the same method, if person hasn't done yet, he will feel anxiety or fear because of that tradition, this kind of mental illness needs recovery plan to break a habit pattern, person who suffers OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) is motivated by three factors; here is the main factor which causes OCD pattern; feeling of acute pessimistic, person who possesses acute pessimistic, his memory is trying to remember something in the past which is causing a feeling of pessimistic if it is not being done yet, basically this habit will create impulsive memory, as impact, person who suffers OCD will do the repetition until his sense of addiction can reach his energy limit, if person who suffers OCD still obtain much energy, he keeps doing the repetition without knowing how much time he has spent to finish something similarly, in order to help person who has acute pessimistic, person must be trained to do something heavier rather than he usually does, this strategy is very effective to disconnect between his memory with his compulsive action, for example; person who feels pessimistic if he hasn't finished cleaning the room more than once, in order to break his OCD, you can ask him to clean that room with different method, maybe you can change from the broom he used with a shaving brush to clean the same room, it may look foolish method, but if he can clean the room with a shaving brush, he indirectly changes his OCD with new habit, here is another example; person who feels acute pessimistic if he hasn't washed their hands more than once, he must get training by giving him something scarier than his OCD, maybe you can give him artificial cockroach in the basin in order to make him stopping from washing his hands.

    There are many methods if you want to help people who suffers OCD, at this moment I would share some strategies how to help person who suffers OCD, here is the first strategy you need to break someone's OCD pattern; give someone with something scarier than his OCD, the reason why we need to make someone afraid because the scary thing sometimes can create leap of big momentum to break his impulsive habit, here is the second strategy you need to break someone's OCD pattern; change the old method with difficult one, it means, you need to give someone with a object he has never touched before, the reason why we need to change the old method with difficult one because it can help someone's OCD adapting with something new, here is the good news; if someone can adapt well with new method, his habit will leave from OCD pattern progressively, this method is proposed to change someone's mindset and also can help someone to free from his OCD pattern, here is the third strategy you need to break someone's OCD pattern; give someone extra time to do physical training with something heavier or more difficult than he usually does, the reason why we need to give someone with heavier activity because it can break impulsive habit or OCD pattern, here is the last note; there is no OCD pattern can influence someone to finish something difficult, OCD pattern usually influences person's mind to do something easier or instant processI think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
