    At this moment I would share some strategies how to avoid the most painful mental illness, hopefully it can help to improve your life path, here is the first strategy how to avoid the most painful mental illness; invest your time to build good habit, it means, you spend your time to optimize good habit in order to make a long term target, such as practice your skill in playing piano, read the book to increase a business savvy, here is the second strategy how to avoid the most painful mental illness; you create few expectation to others, it means you don't bother to pursue many expectations and you start focusing how to develop your unique skill, here is the bad news; the more you create many expectation to others, the more you get mental illness because not all people care about your expectation, what other people care is when you help other people to detect the problem which causes people to get less sleep, here is the third strategy how to avoid the most painful mental illness; you dedicate yourself to solve people's problem, this strategy is not easy because you need to make research regarding people's problem, besides that, not all people will give you an access how to know about their problem, sometimes you need to be proactive by approaching the source of problem which causes people get poor concentration or lose self-esteem, I think my explanation is enough, hopefully this article can give you an idea how to improve your life, good luck.
